What is baseline out of bounds film? 

This page will showcase a few examples and explanations of the scout film I conducted on opposing teams this year. It's important to note that this was not a typical task for managers, but rather something I specifically requested to do. My role involved carefully reviewing the baseline out-of-bounds plays of opposing teams during games and noting how often they used specific formations.
